Choosing the products and changing the shopping cart
If you have found the right product, you can add it to the shopping cart by pressing the „Buy” button. It is possible to add products to the shopping cart from the list of products as well as from the product detailed view. In the shopping cart it is possible to delete products or change the amount of products. In order to save the changes, it is necessary to press the “Refresh” button.
Prices
All prices for products and photography seminars in the www.fotosky.ee web-portal are displayed in Estonian kroons and euros, and include VAT of 20%.
Payment methods
OÜ FotoSky offers its customers two types of payment methods: payment for invoice and payment through a bank link. Bank links are available to customers of Swedbank, SEB and Sampo banks.
When purchasing products or services from the e-shop, it is possible to pay either through a bank link or for invoice (the shopping cart contains only products).
When purchasing study materials for photography seminars, it is possible to pay only through a bank link (the shopping cart contains only study materials).
When purchasing products together with study materials, it is possible to pay only through a bank link (the shopping cart contains products and study materials).
Order submission in the shopping cart
While submitting an order in the shopping cart, it is mandatory for private customers to fill in the fields marked with an asterisk.
Product availability
OÜ FotoSky does not own any warehouses. All the ordered products will be received from warehouses of our partners – approved product importers.
Product availability can be:
1) In store – the product is in store at our partner’s warehouse and should be delivered to the customer within 5 business days.
2) On demand – the product is not in store at our partner’s warehouse at this time, but it can be ordered, and thus the product should be delivered to the customers within 14 days, in exceptional cases within 1.5 months (usually applicable to very expensive and exclusive products).
3) Not available – the product is not in store at our partner’s warehouse at this time and it is not possible to order it at this time (usually applicable to models that are older and currently out of production).
NB! In case the customer chooses to pay through a bank link and the product availability is “on demand”, then OÜ FotoSky will specify product delivery time to the partner’s warehouse and to the customer. If the expected delivery time to the customer might exceed 2 weeks, the customer will be contacted and asked whether they would like the product to be delivered or the purchase to be cancelled. In the latter case the money received from the customer will be returned to the customer’s bank account in full amount.
In case the payment method is payment for invoice, OÜ FotoSky will first specify product delivery time. If the expected delivery time to the customer is within 2 weeks, the customer will receive an invoice. In case the delivery time might exceed 2 weeks, the customer will be contacted and asked whether they would like the product to be delivered or the purchase to be cancelled. In the latter case the money received from the customer will be returned to the customer’s bank account in full amount.
