When ordering products from the www.fotosky.ee e-shop, OÜ FotoSky offers a possibility of payment by instalments in co-operation with OÜ Koduliising (hereinafter Liisi leasing).

Liisi leasing conditions:

• Lessees of Liisi leasing can be clients of any banks in Estonia

• In order to sign the contract you do not necessarily have to come to the Liisi office

• Lessees of Liisi leasing are at least 18-year old Estonian citizens or persons holding a permanent residence permit

• The duration of the contract can be from 3 to 48 months

• The minimum amount of purchase is 65 €

• Annual interest rate is 20%-22%

• Fee of contract is 0 €

How to apply for Liisi leasing?

• Please use the calculator below: choose the best suitable down payment and the period of payment by instalments.

• Fill in the leasing application.

• OÜ FotoSky will forward the fulfilled application to Liisi leasing.

• In case of a positive response from Liisi leasing they will create a leasing contract, which has to be signed also by you. There are two options for signing the contract:

1) Two equal copies of the contract shall be sent by mail to you. Both of the contracts have to be signed by you and sent back to OÜ Koduliising. There has to be a signature on each and every page of the contract! Together with the contracts you have to send your bank statement for the last 6 months and a copy of an identity document (ID-card, driver’s licence or a passport of a citizen of the Republic of Estonia). Please remember to write “true copy” on the copy of the identity document, and sign it! All the documents have to be sent to OÜ Koduliising, address: Posti 30, Haapsalu 90504. Later on you will receive one of the copies of the contract together with the signature of the representative of the Liisi liising.

2) Signing the contract is also digitally possible in the DigiDoc web portal. In order to sign the contract digitally you need:

ID-card, PIN-codes (issued together with the ID-card), valid and up to date certificates, a computer with an internet connection, card-reader, and software for ID-card (can be downloaded from https://installer.id.ee/).

The process of digital signing of the contract is as follows: in case of a positive response from Liisi leasing they will create a leasing contract and upload it to the DigiDoc web portal. When the contract has been uploaded, you will receive an e-mail with the notification about that. DigiDoc web portal is located at https://digidoc.sk.ee/. From the list of documents you can choose the Liisi leasing contract. Clicking on the document name will open additional information about the document. In order to read the document you have to download it to your computer. If the contract is correct and suitable, you have to choose “Sign” (“Allkirjasta”) in the document info dialogue window. After you have signed the contract, Liisi leasing will add an automatic notice and the contract has been signed by both parties!
